What is wrong with our Sistas and these Hollywood diets?I was watching TV earlier and I saw Star Jones.In my opinion,she's lost too much weight and she doesn't look healthy.Also,have you noticed what the media says about Janet Jackson's weight loss?

You know Platinum I saw Star Jones too and she doesn't look healthy to me either. It has also appeared that she has aged so quickly. I got a glimpse of Janet also, she doesn't look healthy either. I believe in weight loss, as long as it is done in a healthy, gradual way. Starving yourself, and over exercising may have long term health implications.

I have not seem the reports but I know how Star Jones look...she does look very much older - I was actually shocked when I saw how old she looks...wow!

The media says that Star had her stomach stapled.Yikes!Shouldn't there be some sort of long term health problems for a procedure like that?

Yes Platinum that's what I heard to. The terrible thing is that can't possibly be healthy, and OMG the pain is said to be awful!!

Star's eyes look like that are about to pop out of her head! She really looks a mess! I think although she was extremely obesed, that she looked better big. Her skin is so saggy, notice her arms and face. I'm at home today and watching The View as I type this. I guess she had to lose to somehow attract her "former gay" husband! That's a whole "notha" story!
Janet lost her weight very fast but she looks good! Not sure what she really did, but they had her nutritonist on E and he showed the meals that she had prepared for her everyday that helped with the weight loss and said that she had a strenuous workout regimen.

I agree with you,PB&J.She looked better when she was heavier.I understand that she may have wanted to lose weight but was the surgery really necessary?As for the "formerly gay" hubby,is she sure that he's done with that lifestyle?

Yes Star looks better heavier, as far as her hubby is concerned I would be scared to venture into those waters. She is a brave woman.
