You can view instructions and get the templates by clicking here. Change the font so that it fits in the frame if it seems strange. Not everyone has the same typefaces available. Good luck and congratulations!

I've recreated these programs over and over again and look forward to my fiance and I creating them for our own wedding next summer.  The only advice that I could give to you is to allow yourself ample time to do this.  Please don't think that you're going to do this all in one day, by yourself.  It will never happen and you will be ever so frustrated.  It's always best to devote 1 day to put your head together with your MOH and your FH and write down on paper what you're planning to write on these programs.  Take another day to creating the template that would best suit your needs according to the information you wish to have included in the program.  Host a printing/cutting party with just you and the girls, as you're having fun, pass around a bottle of wine, and you ladies get down to printing and cutting and stack them up on your buffet table or wherever they will not get mixed.  Host an assembling party with you and the girls and yes, pass another bottle of wine around and you'll have it assembled in no time at all and you and the girls will have a wonderful time doing.
 
Just please don't stress yourself out by doing it all in one day.  As far as paper is concerned, I always use paperandmore.com as they're the cheapest I've found so far.
