We had our "official" wedding meeting yesterday with the bridesmaids.
How many times should I meet with them and how many is too many???

I meet with my girls quite often. We usually get togethor when changes/ new ideas come along. We also get togethor for dress fittings, looking for shoes, jewelry, and since I am involved with my bridal shower we get togethor to discuss ideas. I think we all get togethor about every other month.

Wow, I guess im a little behind I have not had one meeting with my girls. Is this a bad thing?

I'm actually unable to meet with my girls as we all live in different states. We keep in touch through email however. Things have been pretty good so far, everyone has their shoes, all of their gowns are in and in my sister's possession, and anything else we need to deal with will be handled via email or phone. If we all lived near one another, we would probably meet once a month or so also.

my 2 bm are out of town also, but we only had 1 mtg so far and that was when they came to Dallas to order their dresses. we also keep in touch via email and phone-so I guess I have not had a "official" meeting with them yet...

I only met with my BM's twice throughout my planning process. It was my MOH's that I met with more often and it wasn't a meeting per say. It was more like we just got together to go shopping for things.

I only had one official meeting with the entire bridal party and that was at the engagment party. That was in April, then we got together in Sept. to order dresses and we don't get together again until Dec.1 for alterations.

During the engagement party, everyone received a wedding package with all of the vital information in it (shoes, undergarments, hair style, attire etc.) We do most of our communication via email and I always follow up by mailing out letters if there are any changes.

But do what works for you, some peoples schedule won't allow then to meet "all" the time and others will.
