NOT.I went all the way back home to get him, cause when I called him, he sounded like he didnt want to go....Got there and he was questioning why did I do this and why do we have to go out. I think he was looking for a quiet evening at home. Thats fair. I laid in bed hurt, but quiet. He quietly packed his bags, bragged to the person who called him about his baby getting him a hotel, and rubbed my back, and we were off. I had rose petals and candles everywhere. After dinner, I realized why he wanted to stay home. The NBA all-star weekend. Had I known I would have done everything at home. We have a huge 47 inch, flat screen, HDTV, surround sound system. The hotel had at best a 27 inch. Duh Bumble. We still had a ROMANTIC evening, but unfortunately for all the prettiness of the hotel, the possessed AC kept me up. I complained and they didn't charge me for the room. And we left so early we actually made it to 9:30 AM service that morning.....
DH was definitely a good sport, and thanked me for a wonderful evening.....and I saved my $$ after all. But I learned that men like to keep it simple girls....I could have had rose petals and candles all over my apartment, which I cleaned up so we could have a clean place to come home to on Sunday!

In the future, consider getting a DVR for your sweetie.

Man! I just LOVE Krispy Kremes.
My Valentine's was so busy:
12:00am-Woke to breastfeed Baby Goddess.
2:20am- Woke to breastfeed Baby Goddess.
4:39am-Woke to breastfeed Baby Goddess.
6:10am- Tried to get some yum yum from hubby
6:14am Ford comes into the bedroom and wants to cuddle too.
6:15am Hubby is snoring loudly so I guess it wasn't gonna happen anyway.
6:45 Spitefully make hubby get up and change the baby.
7:00am-10:30 Feed and play with Ford and Goddess.
!0:35am- Wake hubby with kisses and remind him that Ford has Ballet and then Tap class.
11:00am - Get Ford ready for her calsses andwrite 20 valentines cards for her dance classes.
11:30 - Kiss Ford and Daddy goodbye.
11:35- Feel sory for myself
11:36 - Get all mushy and overwhelmed with how much I love hubby
I spent the rest of the afternoon taking care of the baby and BURNING our romantic dinner. I'm fiit to be tied. The baby is in my arms screaming her head off. My husband smiles softly, takes the baby form me and gives me a card. He usually get funny ones. This one was so sentimental. It said the most beautiful things. I totally lost it and cried. I have known him for 26 years. Every year I get diamonds, or trips, or fancy something or the other. But this small gesture was so touching.
I LOVE BEING MARRIED! I'm so gald to see you guys love it too.

All the little things make the most magical memories. I love my sweet honey pot. Who else will dedicate so much time to fixing the bugs I create on VIbride, but Eloi??? AND he does it for FREE (He dosen't always get the payment in sex that he prefers).

1. Cause the recordings are full. No more room to record anything else right now.
And 2: He knew he wasn't going to really really like the All-Star weekend. So he just wanted to watch it just so he can talk trash about it. I made sure I let him feel like its all about him, and enjoyed the game with him.
