I thank your best network would be your pastor.  I'm pretty sure there are, however, they're probably affiliated with some type of church.

That question is not rude at all. It is a fairly common question. You can find officiants in any state based on any number of criteria. Check out the officiant list here. A favorite is Minister Pamela Mudzingwa of A Wedding Your Way.

Actually CarolLove, most are not. They can be retired clergy, nondenominational, or more usually online certified officiants or even former mayors, judges, etc..
