I was not overly thrilled with the thought of a show about a designer where the designer hardly shows up, but MAN... this show is addicting. The gowns are flawless perfection. I can't wait until another episode.
 
The Calista was one of the gowns features on this week's episode. A bride had tried it months before and could not find it's equal anywhere. Only to try it on and you could not hear a eep. A whole room ful of underwhelmed women! Finally thinking on her feet a consultant whips out a beaded, crystal belt and ouila! The gown is completely transformed. A simple little belt. Amazing.

I know what you mean Rosie (hahahahaha).  I was hoping that more often than not, we would be graced with the presence of Amsale herself, but oh, the gowns, they're so very unique and wonderful.  I could see why some like her style.
 
That being said, I can't wait for next season!!!

She has been making a couple more appearances towards the end of this season, so I should give her a break. lol. The dresses actually make me all gaspy and squealy. I have been forced to watch it alone. I think Debbye, the mamager should grow a pair. I am hoping it isn't a race thing but she gets no respect from her employees, especially gossipy Emily. I mean if they are like this knowing that they are filmed and she will eventually see this.... smh.
This dress was so amazing on that one bride, I fully understood why she was all weepy.

I really proud of Kay Jackson, the Navy veteran with the hourglass figure. She went all out. Her gown budget was $10,000 and she sure did spend it! Her gown was fabulous and I loved what it did with her curves... I can't find it, but if you can please post it. It was lovely.
