Wedding vow rings!

How about you engrave your wedding vos in your hysband's wedding band? I saw Wedding Vow Rings and loved it so much. You can put a poem or even something private just for him inside. For my hubby I had the ashanti word KUNUMUNU engraved inside. It means head over heels or crazy in love to the point your can't contrl it. It is how I feel about him to this day! What would you engrave in your hubby's ring?

Re: Wedding vow rings!

Thanks for this information Rosie, I didn't even know that this was possible! I would engrave something short and sweet with our wedding date on it.

Re: Wedding vow rings!

oh! That is so beautiful. Especially in light of your first marriage. I think no man can cheat if he has his vows touching his skin. If he takes it off there is the reminder of YOUR love and fidelity.

Re: Wedding vow rings!

I would have "martini" engraved in my FH's ring. When I first met him and I would see him he would always make my heart race. He would call me later and tell me how he didn't mean to "martini" me, (shake me up). The first Christmas gift he got me was a set of martini glasses.

How special is that DW! My husband and I bought the wedding vow rings -- we have our vows engraved in them. I love my ring and my hubby loves his -- having a special "saying" engraved in them makes it so much more meaningful.

We have the traditional "I take this man (woman in his case) to be my lawful wedded husband, etc......"

We were going to do our own vows, but decided on going with the traditional vow rings (they were on sale at the time). When we renew our vow, I told my husband we can do the custom vow rings then.

Re: Wedding vow rings!

Thanks for sharing Roise. I think that is a great idea. GOD is so good because I couldn't get the ring that I wanted for my FH because they can no longer order it so I was going to have to look for another ring.
