We used to play outside until the streetlights came on

the only air conditioner was in your parents room

...You used wait all year to get new clothes during that one week of "school shopping" in September.

.....you used to be too excited for the first day of school to wear the new clothes, and best believe they were crispy for that half day!

you used to play jax and when you couldn't find one you'd crumble up a piece of aluminum foil to replace it.

Remember when everyone as family set down at the kitchen table prayed and ate together.

Remember you had to eat everything on your plate before you could get anything to drink.

When you use to play jump rope with a phone cord

Remember when we played Red Light Green Light and Simon Said.

Remember when you used to buy icees from somebody in the neighborhoods house.

remember when Baby Alive was the must have doll.

...neighborhoods had block club parties and EVERYONE participated

Nintendo first came out and spending hours trying to beat the game before it either froze or your died. Remember blowing on the inside of the cartridges to clear out the dust...

Remember your first CD player...Buying the first item you were lusting after as teen with the money you got from your first job.

I bought my first pair timbs in like 2000 and they stayed crispy until last year. Whatchu know about that!

Remember when we all did the Hokey Pokey. You do the hokey pokey and you turn yourself around, that's what it all about. Hokey Pokey! It's still a legend!

wear two pair of slouch socks
one red one green and then switched it up on the other leg and had one green then one red!
